the way you use colors...

is nothing short of orgasmic. So vivid. The water looks so cool, as in awesome. Is your name really alvin hew? because if so, that is such a fitting name, Hew. you're a master of colors. Nice buildings too! After about ten minutes of searching for a flaw, I found one very small detail that I didn't like. in the background, in front of the "point" (don't remember what that is called) of the boat, there is a house with an acute angled red roof. On this building there is a sharp dark brown line that doesn't seem to fit. If it was a bit more impressionistic and less sharp and focused, I think it would look better. Yeah, that's it, that is the only thing I don't like. that tiny little detail. I'd give this a 9.9/10. Beautiful.

I love it

I love how you use such vivid colors. just looking at this makes my pupils enlarge in total awe. This is beautiful. I love your rocks and water. I just love everything about this picture. Ah, i just noticed that the flowers are huge compared to the palm trees in the background, but I thing it wouldn't look as good if it were in proportion, so I'm glad you did that. I don't have anything bad to say.

Karkat doesn't have a penis, so Dave Stryder wins. Inter special relationships just don't work out, trust me. About the picture itself, I love the style, it is a tough style to pull off ( or at least I think so). The way Karkat is holding the sickle is odd, his thumb should be wrapped around it more and the angle of his hand (or the sickle) needs to be fixed. I love homestuck but that won't affect my score. I think I would give more of a 6.5 out of 10. That is good, Getting a 10 from me is nearly impossible. One last thing, Karkat's horns could be a bit bigger and more colorful, they look like elf ears. :D

His horns, well those aren't his horns but his ears and me being a dumb ass forgot to give him his nubby horns :(

the wheels of the helicopter seem flat. I'm wondering if that was intentional or not. It is still amazing, I love the realism and the luster that the helicopter has. Gosh, how long did this take you?

well, I'd say add some more shape to the feet. Also add some shading, nothing serious, just darker colors in certain areas to show shape. Also, the hat doesn't seem to fit on his head correctly.

it isn't bad up until the hands, when the picture transitions from large pixels to blobs, it doesn't look good. Stick to one resolution. he does look a lot like link, minus the hair.

I like his hat. this isn't bad for pixel art. maybe a bit of shading wouldn't hurt though.

definitely better that the red mage. The only thing I think needs improvement is the hammer. the shape seems a bit odd, try using lighter shades of gray in certain areas to show that it has shape and isn't just flat.

can be improved

1 the shape of the head seems a bit too wide and unnatural.
2 add shading, even something as simple as making one side of the sword's blade
lighter than the other would be an improvement. The hat is a cool shape, but is a solid flat color and needs some texture to it.
3 the hair is too repetitive and uninteresting, you could make a cooler hairstyle.
also, you could add a background to add to the detail and make it seem less blank and simple.
